Yoksis Graduation Information Addition Request Form

Attention to our former university graduates whose graduation information is not listed in the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS)!

Former graduates of our university whose graduation information is not included in the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS) must have their information added to the system by filling out a Request Form or applying in person to the Student Affairs offices of the Faculty/School/Vocational School from which they graduated.
