BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
  • Personnel working in production at the milk processing unit.

 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To work under the Head of Meat and Dairy Units.
  • Taking part in production in the Milk Unit, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
  • To monitor product inflows and outflows at the milk processing unit.
  • Reporting any deficiencies, malfunctions, etc. of the unit to the unit supervisor.
  • To protect the tools, equipment, and materials used in the unit, and to report any malfunctions.
