UNIT TO WHICH IT IS ATTACHED:
  • Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Dean's Office

 
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
  • Personnel working in production at the meat processing unit.

 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To work under the Head of Meat and Dairy Units. 
  • Taking part in production in the meat processing unit, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
  • To monitor product inflows and outflows in the meat unit.  
  • Reporting any deficiencies, malfunctions, etc. of the unit to the unit supervisor.  
  • To protect the tools, equipment, and materials used in the unit, and to report any malfunctions.

  • Faculty Secretary
