BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To ensure the smooth operation of the Meat and Dairy Units.
Managing product entry and exit to units and tracking production.
Planning and implementing employee schedules,
To ensure that the units produce in a clean and hygienic environment.
Managing tasks such as procuring materials for units, handling malfunctions, etc.
Tracking monthly production reports, health reports, cutting, etc.
To follow the instructions given by the Dean's Office, the Faculty Secretariat, and the Center Director.
