| BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: |
- To oversee the efficient operation of the animal hospital within the faculty, to ensure it provides high-quality services, and to facilitate the complete completion of student practical training, as well as to coordinate the regular and harmonious work of the staff.

| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- To ensure the regular and effective operation of the 24/7 emergency clinical service.
- To coordinate and ensure cooperation among veterinarians on emergency clinical duty, and to supervise their duties and responsibilities.
- To ensure the workflow and participation of students assigned to duty shifts.
- To ensure that the hospital's pharmacy and cashier units work in harmony and to meet the pharmacy's needs.
- To monitor or control the relationship between pet owners and physicians.
- To ensure hospital security and establish coordination with the security unit.
- Organizing student practices,
- To regulate the care, feeding, transportation, and management of animals used in student practical applications.
- To regulate the admission and discharge of stray animals to and from hospitals and to coordinate with the relevant municipalities.
- To organize the cleaning, maintenance and operation of the hospitalization unit.
- To control and manage medical waste within the hospital.
- To ensure the regular operation of the central laboratory and to meet its needs,
- To supervise hospital administrative staff,
- Taking measures to foster harmony, respect, and cooperation among hospital staff,
- To ensure harmonious collaboration among the academic and administrative staff working at the hospital.
- To carry out other duties as deemed appropriate by the Dean and the Chief Physician.
