UNIT TO WHICH IT IS ATTACHED:

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:

Planning, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing plans to ensure the smooth running of the center's operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To coordinate and implement the work schedules, leave requests, and similar matters of staff and workers in collaboration with unit supervisors.
To identify the center's needs and make requests in collaboration with the unit managers.
To take action to resolve any issues (repairs, malfunctions, etc.) reported by unit supervisors.
Diseases that may occur in animals. Planning and implementing procedures, such as vaccinations, together with unit supervisors.
Taking part in the decisions made regarding the center by attending the Health Board.
To ensure that central correspondence is conducted regularly and efficiently, in collaboration with the central secretary.
To perform other duties as the dean deems appropriate.
