UNIT:
  • Directorate of Animal Health and Animal Production Research and Application Center

 

UNIT TO WHICH IT IS ATTACHED:
  • Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Dean's Office

 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
  • Planning, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing plans to ensure the smooth running of the center's operations.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To coordinate and implement the work schedules, leave requests, and similar matters of staff and workers in collaboration with unit supervisors.
  • To identify the center's needs and make requests in collaboration with the unit managers.
  • To take action to resolve any issues (repairs, malfunctions, etc.) reported by unit supervisors. 
  • Diseases that may occur in animals. Planning and implementing procedures, such as vaccinations, together with unit supervisors. 
  • Taking part in the decisions made regarding the center by attending the Health Board.
  • To ensure that central correspondence is conducted regularly and efficiently, in collaboration with the central secretary.
  • To perform other duties as the dean deems appropriate.
