BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
  • To ensure the efficient operation of the cashier's office at the animal hospital operating within the faculty, and to collect and account for hospital revenues.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Records kept and revenues collected during the 24/7 emergency clinic service,
  • Collection and accounting of revenues generated from the hospital's daily services,
  • Reporting of revenue earned at the end of the day, 
  • Depositing the income earned at the end of the day into the bank,
  • Maintaining daily and monthly patient records,
  • Reporting the income earned at the end of the month and submitting it to the chief physician and the dean.
  • At the end of the month, categorize patient records and submit them to the chief physician.  
  • Working in harmony with the pharmacy to ensure the healthy collection of revenues. 
  • To handle cashier-related tasks as deemed appropriate by the chief physician.
