BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:

To ensure the efficient operation of the cashier's office at the animal hospital operating within the faculty, and to collect and account for hospital revenues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Records kept and revenues collected during the 24/7 emergency clinic service,
Collection and accounting of revenues generated from the hospital's daily services,
Reporting of revenue earned at the end of the day,
Depositing the income earned at the end of the day into the bank,
Maintaining daily and monthly patient records,
Reporting the income earned at the end of the month and submitting it to the chief physician and the dean.
At the end of the month, categorize patient records and submit them to the chief physician.
Working in harmony with the pharmacy to ensure the healthy collection of revenues.
To handle cashier-related tasks as deemed appropriate by the chief physician.
