Transfer procedures
ARTICLE 7
( 1 ) The provisions of the Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Level Programs, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions, published in the Official Gazette dated 24/4/2010 and numbered 27561, and the directive issued by the Senate shall apply regarding horizontal transfer quotas, application and acceptance conditions, calendar, adaptation and exemption procedures.
( 2 ) The files of students who leave the university by horizontal transfer are sent to the higher education institution to which they transferred, upon written request. A photocopy of all the documents sent is kept in the student's file.
