WE HOSTED THE GENERAL MANAGER OF TAGEM IN OUR FACULTY

We hosted TAGEM General Manager Dr. Mustafa Altuğ ATALAY and his accompanying delegation in our Faculty. Mr. ATALAY first visited our Dean's Office and met with our Dean Prof. Bayram ŞENLİK. Then, a meeting was held where Turkey's first domestic broiler line, ''Anadolu T'', was discussed. The meeting was attended by TAGEM General Manager Dr. Mustafa Altuğ ATALAY, our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Bayram ŞENLİK, Livestock and Aquaculture Research Department Head Dr. Erdinç VESKE, Transitional Belt Agricultural Research Institute Director Dr. Suat ÖZDEMİR, Poultry Research Institute Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet UÇAR, Bursa Food and Feed Control Central Research Institute Director Dr. Yıldırım İSTANBULLU, our Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Figen ÇETİNKAYA, Animal Health and Animal Production, Research and Application Center Manager Prof. Dr. Hakan ÜSTÜNER, Poultry Unit Technical Manager Prof. Dr. Derya YEŞİLBAĞ, our faculty member from the Department of Genetics Prof. Dr. Sena ARDIÇLI, our faculty members from the Department of Animal Science Prof. Dr. Metin PETEK and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Enver ÇAVUŞOĞLU, Has Tavuk Production Manager Ahmet DEĞİRMENCİ and Serkan ŞENGÜL from Bandırma Sheep Research Institute attended the meeting. ''Anatolian T'' was discussed in all its aspects and our faculty members shared their ideas on the subject. In addition, the possibilities of growing this line in our Faculty's Animal Health and Animal Production, Research and Application Center were also discussed.
