MEAT AND DAIRY PRODUCTS UNITS

Various meat and dairy products are made in this unit and research and training activities are carried out.

As a meat product, mince, bird, steak, tenderloin, rosto, counterfile are prepared and salami, sausage, sausage, smoked-language productions are made.
As dairy products, various cheeses (white cheese, cheddar, mihalic), yogurt, buttermilk are produced regularly.
Meat and dairy products are offered for consumption in our 2 Sales Units located in our University Campus.
