2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Supplementary Exam Graduates

Attention to Students Who Will Graduate!
2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER ADDITIONAL EXAM TO OUR STUDENTS WHO HAVE GRADUATED
Our students who have successfully taken and passed all the courses required to graduate from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and completed the 300 ECTS course load can start the graduation procedures;
        
  1. They are required to pay off their library debts.  Graduation petitions of students who are not dismissed from the library will not be processed. 
  2. In order to initiate graduation procedures , students must print out the  “ Graduation Application Form ” under the Forms/Petitions tab on the Faculty homepage, fill in the required fields, scan the signed form and   send it to  vetogis@uludag.edu.tr by 17:00 on February 26, 2025 at the latest  . The subject of the e-mail must be “Graduation Application”.   Students must send an e-mail with their graduation petitions, along with the severance document they will receive from the library, or they must write “library severance” on their petitions. 
  3. The Disengagement Form must be signed by the relevant units and submitted to the student affairs office until the graduation ceremony.
ATTENTION TO STUDENTS:  Only  applications made to vetogis@uludag.edu.tr will be taken into consideration for graduation applications.   Applications made to other e-mail accounts will not be taken into consideration and applications by hand will not be accepted.
