APYG: The main audit body of the program, it reviews compliance with the planned schedule during the program and establishes the necessary audit mechanism.
ADVISORY BOARD: With the acceptance of the program, an advisory board consisting of national and international experts in the sub-research topics will be established.
COORDINATION BOARD: Responsible for ensuring that information, documents, and other processes required during the program are prepared on time and accurately.
Research Program Execution Group (APYG):
The main audit body of the program, it reviews compliance with the planned schedule during the program and establishes the necessary audit mechanism, takes steps to avoid falling behind schedule, ensures the development of the targeted outputs, checks the final version of the report to be submitted to TÜBİTAK, and determines the use/sharing of intellectual and industrial property rights and/or the commercialization of the produced outputs. These boards meet once every two weeks.

Advisory Board: With the acceptance of the program, an advisory board consisting of national and international experts on the sub-research topics will be established. This board will meet twice a year in six-month intervals and provide its opinions on the scientific execution of the project to the program team. This ensures that the program will achieve its complete objectives, taking into account scientific developments during the project.

Coordination Board: The role of the coordination board is to ensure interaction between the partners. It will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of information, documents, and processes required during the program. Since it will be difficult for senior managers or researchers to coordinate this process, a separate structure will be established to ensure general coordination. The team from the Project Management Office, consisting of industry engineering faculty members and fellows, will also participate in the coordination board to support the management of the administrative processes. The coordination board, with the support of the project management office team, will monitor whether the project is progressing according to the plan, identify any deviations from the plan, and inform the relevant project leaders and APYÖK to ensure that the project progresses as closely as possible to the project plan. The coordination board will track the progress of the projects using project management software with the support of the project management office team. The coordination board will meet once a month.

Administrative Manager: The administrator is assigned from the Rector of Bursa Uludağ University or the relevant Vice Rector and is responsible for coordinating the administrative processes of the projects planned to be conducted within BUÜ-MUAM, in coordination with the APYÖ. Additionally, a project management office team consisting of industry engineering faculty researchers and fellows will support the administrative manager in following up the relevant administrative processes.
