Sunulacak ulusal ve uluslararası projeler hakkında gizlilik sözleşmesi yapılarak ön değerlendirme ve mentörlük hizmetleri verilmektedir. Hazırlanan projelerin fon kaynağına sunulmadan önce Proje Ofisine sunulması başarılı sonuç almak için önemlidir. Başvuru yapılacak proje türündeki İlgili formun tamamının doldurulması gerekmektedir. Buraya yüklenen dosyaların sağlıklı bir değerlendirme yapabilmek adına son dosya olması gerekmektedir. (Pre-evaluation and mentoring services for national and international project submissions are provided under a Confidentiality Agreement. To maximize the chances of success, it is crucial to submit project proposals to the Project Office before they are sent to the respective funding agencies. All sections of the relevant form for the specific project type must be completed. Uploaded files must be the final version of the proposal in order to make a proper evaluation.)

Proje dosyalarımın Proje Geliştirme ve Koordinasyon Ofisi ile yapılan Gizlilik Sözleşmesi kapsamında değerlendirileceğini beyan ediyor ve onaylıyorum. Bununla birlikte, Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi Kişisel Verileri Koruma Komisyonu tarafından oluşturulan KVKK kapsamında yapılacak iş ve işlemlerle ilgili aydınlatma metni ve kişisel verilerin işlenmesi, korunması ve imha edilmesi politikasını kabul ediyorum.
