We congratulate Prof. Dr. Serdar Gülener and his project team on the approval of their project titled “Factors Determining the Media Visibility of Constitutional Court Judgments in Türkiye and a Model Proposal for Strengthening the Court's Communication with the Public,” which has been funded under the TÜBİTAK 3005 – Research Grant Program for Innovative Solutions in Social Sciences and Humanities.

The project is being carried out in collaboration with the Constitutional Court and aims to empirically analyze the factors that determine the visibility of the Court's decisions in the media and to develop an innovative and applicable model to strengthen the Court's communication with the public.
