Vision and Mission of the Project Development and Coordination Office

Vision: The Project Development and Coordination Office conducts activities aimed at fostering a sustainable project ecosystem and cultivating a widespread project culture at Bursa Uludağ University. By raising awareness in project preparation, execution, and management, the Office strives to increase the number of competitive projects at both national and international levels.
 

Mission: Our mission is to enhance the capacity of academic staff and researchers in preparing, executing, and managing national and international projects by embedding a project-oriented culture across Bursa Uludağ University. Our primary objective is to facilitate the realization of innovative and competitive projects by promoting interdisciplinary collaborations and university-industry partnerships. Furthermore, by effectively utilizing third-party funding sources, we aim to pioneer projects with high original value and significant societal impact, establishing our university as a leading institution in project-based research and development.
