Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme Applications for 2026-2027 are now open!

The Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme aims to increase the number of human resources specialising in the field of EU acquis in line with Turkey's goal of full membership of the EU.

✅ Approximately 150 people will receive scholarships in the 2026-2027 academic year.
✅ Public sector employees, private sector representatives, NGO staff, academic/administrative personnel, final-year undergraduate students, and postgraduate students are eligible to apply for the program.
📅 Application dates: 4 September – 4 November 2025
