
The Bursa Eskişehir Bilecik Development Agency has launched a Technical Support Programme to develop institutional capacity in areas of importance for regional development.
The Technical Support Programme, with a total budget of 5.000.000 TL, has been launched to provide expert/consultant support to meet the training and consultancy needs of institutions/organisations in the region.

Technical Support Programme
Technical support programmes will provide up to 300,000 TL per activity at a rate of 100 %. No direct payment will be made to the applicant; the requested support will be provided by the agency or through the procurement of services.
Local authorities, public institutions and organisations, professional organisations with public institution status, civil society organisations, organised industrial zones, small industrial sites, technology transfer office companies, technology development zones, business development centres, unions, cooperatives, free zone operators, industrial zone management companies, and other profit-seeking natural and legal persons with SME status.
Important Dates for Applications
The Technical Support Programme will remain open until 31 December 2025, and applications will be evaluated in two-month periods covering March–April, May–June, July–August, September–October and November–December, with the relevant dates listed in the table below. Should the budget allocated to the programmes be exhausted before the specified periods, the programme budget will be declared exhausted on the website and no new applications will be accepted.
