High School



The background and experiences of a students is very important for a high quality undergraduate program to be successful in training artists. Therefore, in 2001 high school opened following the socandary school in 1998 so as to provide the preparatory training. The high school programs which offer more detailed vocational training improving ( expanding) the main education gained at primary level have also been confirmed by the Ministry of Education and started.

The graduates of high school who are trained both vocationally and generally have the right to continue their education primarily at any undergraduate music program and state conservatory undergraduate programs as well as other undergraduate schools. Those students are taught by experienced and qualified instructors in both cultural and vocational courses and  are supported by visiting artists.

Main courses are thought in 15-20 student classrooms proper for the education whereas individual practices are performed in private study rooms. This enables undergraduate students to improve themselves studying to become young artists.

Having succeeded in training candidate musicians who have gained reputation in various music facilities, the high school of our conservatory has been preparing qualified students for the undergraduate level. The full time four year education of our high school offers three majors in the music department.

  • Strings (violin, viola, cello, double bass)
  • Wind Instruments and Percussions ( flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone and percussions).
  • Piano (piano and harp)
