Students who wish to use Counseling Room 1, Counseling Room 2, or the Observation Room as part of the Individual Counseling Practicum course can use the link below to check room availability and book a suitable date and time. Please note that the system can only be accessed using your @ogr.uludag.edu.tr student account.
Before booking an appointment, please make sure to review the Student User Guide, which includes instructions on how to use the system, book or cancel an appointment, and follow the room use guidelines.

Once you book an appointment, confirmation and reminder emails will be sent to your student email address. If you are unable to attend, you can cancel your appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email.
