GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS

A) Responsibilities of Students

1- Preparation and Submission of Thesis/Dissertation

    1.1- Filling Out of the Thesis Data Entry and Publication Consent Form

    1.2- Preparation of Compact Discs

B- Documents To Be Submıtted To The Graduate School

1- A pdf file containing thesis and abstract pages in a compact disc (only 1 disc)

2- A completed and signed Thesis Data Entry and Publication Consent Form

3- Two hardbound and originally signed copies of thesis.

4- U.U. Thesis Dissemination and Online Publication Consent From (RIT-FR-KDD-12) (To be inserted following the autobiography page in the thesis book.)

5- Library Clearance form.

6- Graduate School Clearance form.

NOTE:

1- Compact discs should be provided in durable protective cases.

2- Compact discs must be prepared according to the requirements set forth in the Council of Higher Education Guidelines.
