Former graduate students of our university whose graduation information is not included in the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS) can be included in the system by filling out the YÖKSİS Request Form below and applying in person or by sending it by fax or e-mail (PDF Format) to the Student Affairs offices of the Faculty/School/Vocational School they graduated from.
