A technical visit to the Çilek Mobilya production facilities was organized by Tolga Bahadır ŞİMŞEK, Program Chair of the Business Administration Program; F. Gül UYSAL, Department Chair; and Erkan BAYIR.

Business Administration Program students conducted on-site inspections at the company to gain industry experience and observe production processes firsthand.

During the visit, our students had the opportunity to gain detailed insights into the company’s production processes, organizational structure, and human resources practices. We extend our gratitude to Ataberk KARAKUŞ and the Municipality of İnegöl for their unwavering support throughout the visit.
