MAHMUT TAŞ
2Mahmut Taş graduated from the Textile Program at Bursa Uludağ University's İnegöl Vocational School in 2009. In 2010, he transferred to the Textile Engineering Department at Süleyman Demirel University through the Vertical Transfer Exam and continued his undergraduate education. After completing his bachelor's degree, he participated as a scholarship recipient in a TÜBİTAK project conducted at Bursa Technical University and began his first master's degree there. This project provided him with an important opportunity to develop his expertise in research and development. While pursuing his master's degree in Fiber and Polymer Engineering, he began working as a Research Assistant at Çukurova University; during this period, he completed his thesis work in the field of Textile Engineering and supported education and training activities. During the same period, he also successfully completed his master's degree in Fiber and Polymer Engineering. In 2018, he took his academic career to an international level. Mahmut Taş applied to the TÜBİTAK 2213 Overseas Doctoral Scholarship Program, passed the interviews, and was awarded the scholarship. He completed his doctoral studies in Materials Engineering at the University of Nottingham, which is home to one of the world's top 100 engineering faculties, thereby strengthening his expertise in the international arena. After returning to Turkey, Mahmut Taş began working as the Analytical Services Manager at the Sabancı University Nanotechnology Research and Application Center, where he continues his work today. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to the literature with 11 scientific articles published in reputable SCI-indexed journals, book chapters, national and international projects he has been involved in, and over 20 conference presentations.
 
 
HAYRİYE KÜRÜK
In 2014, he was accepted into the Child Development Program at the Department of Child Care and Youth Services at Bursa Uludağ University's İnegöl Vocational School. After completing his two-year education, he began working as a paid teacher in his hometown of Istanbul while also preparing for the Vertical Transfer Exam. In 2017, she earned the right to transfer to the Child Development Department at Selçuk University Faculty of Health Sciences. She completed her three-year education in 2020, including the courses she was exempt from, and graduated from Selçuk University. After graduation, she worked as a child development specialist at a rehabilitation center. In 2022, she was appointed as a child development specialist at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. While continuing her duties at the Ministry, she began her master's degree to pursue her professional development. In 2025, she successfully completed the Thesis-Based Master's Program in Child Development at Istanbul Gelişim University with her thesis titled “The Effect of Digital Game Addiction Levels on Self-Perception in Children Aged 9-14” and obtained her expertise. Following an intensive training program in her field, she currently organizes children's workshops, conducts developmental assessments, and prepares developmental support programs for children at the Baby and Children's Libraries affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, offering these services to families. Additionally, she gives seminars titled “Becoming a Child Development Specialist at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's Baby and Children's Libraries” to students studying child development at universities, introducing them to the work being done and conveying how broad and beneficial the field of child development specialists is.

MEHMET EMRE EK
He graduated as the top student of the Construction Technology Program at Bursa Uludağ University's İnegöl Vocational School. In the same year, he ranked 56th in Turkey in the Vertical Transfer Exam and was accepted into the Civil Engineering Department at Boğaziçi University. During his graduation year, he worked as a long-term management trainee in the tender and planning departments at Tekfen Holding. EK began his post-university career at Orange Business Services, where he worked as a sales operations specialist and then as an Account Associate (Customer Manager) in North Africa, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as Sales Manager at Architecht, a Kuwait Türk subsidiary operating in the field of financial technologies. Mehmet Emre EK, who is also pursuing his education in the Executive MBA program at Boğaziçi University, enjoys extreme sports such as diving, sailing, tennis, and soccer in addition to his professional life.
 
ADNAN KARDAŞLA
Adnan Kardaş, a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Program at Uludağ University's İnegöl Vocational School, continued his academic and professional development after graduation by studying Mechanical Engineering in Bulgaria for two years. With over 10 years of experience in the machine manufacturing sector, Kardaş turned his knowledge and expertise into his own venture and became the founder of Alfa Makine. The company quickly made a name for itself in the industry, reaching a wide customer base both in Turkey and abroad, particularly with the sponge cutting and fabrication machines developed by Kardaş. Thanks to the machines he developed, Adnan Kardaş not only contributed to the country's industry but also increased Turkey's strength in the international market through his export activities. He successfully represented his brand and country at international fairs he participated in; he attracted attention with his innovative solutions at leading fairs in Turkey such as Intermob, WIN EURASIA, and WoodTech. Today, Adnan Kardaş continues his active role as the founder and manager of Alfa Makine, pursuing R&D and production activities; his entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated work, and international achievements serve as a powerful source of inspiration for Mechanical Engineering Program graduates.
 

AYŞE MELEK KÜNT
In 2023, he began studying at the İnegöl Vocational School of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering, graduating in July 2025. During his studies, he participated in the “One Idea, One İnegöl” award-winning idea competition organized by the İnegöl Municipality for high school and university students. Among a total of 53 projects in the competition, she won first place in the university category with the “E-Mobility Air Quality Monitoring System” project developed with her team “Soluk.” Mechanical Engineering Program student Ayşe Melek Künt proudly represented both her university and her department with this achievement, which she earned together with her teammates.
 
BAHRİYE KILIÇ
Born in Bursa, Bahriye Kılıç completed her education in Women's Clothing Design at Ali Osman Sönmez Vocational High School. She then went on to study Textile Technology at Uludağ University's İnegöl Vocational School, graduating with honors in 2011. Kılıç completed her internship at Akbaşlar Holding, where she gained theoretical and practical knowledge that led her to focus on children's clothing. After successfully completing her “Computer-Based Styling Education,” she began her career as a stylist at BBX Baby & Kids Fashion. Embracing the principle of “always development and innovation” throughout this journey, she found the opportunity to promote her brand in many different parts of the world. For her, success was not a destination, but a path walked with passion. Today, she continues to produce original designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator programs for both domestic and foreign brands.
 

FATİH AKINCI
Born in Akşehir district of Konya in 1996, Fatih AKINCI completed his high school education in Gebze and enrolled in the Electrical Engineering Program at Bursa Uludağ University İnegöl Vocational School in 2015. He graduated in 2017 with the title of High Honor Student in the history of İnegöl Vocational School. Immediately after graduation, he continued his academic journey by transferring to the Faculty of Energy Systems Engineering at the International Cyprus University through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS). He successfully completed his undergraduate education by graduating from the engineering faculty in 2021. Gaining experience in various sectors related to his profession throughout his education, Fatih AKINCI now works in the energy sector, which is of strategic importance to our world and our country. He works as a Team Leader in project development, project approval processes, and corporate permits within the scope of renewable energy projects carried out in Turkey and abroad. Guided by the vision instilled by his alma mater, he continues to develop sustainable solutions in the energy sector and contribute to the future of the country.
 
İSMAİL ÇINAR
After graduating from the Electrical Engineering Program at Bursa Uludağ University's İnegöl Vocational School, he completed his EKAT (36,000V) training at the Tedaş İzmir Training and Certification Center. He then worked in the fault maintenance and repair unit at Uludağ Elektrik Dağıtım Anonim Şirketi (UEDAŞ). Shortly thereafter, he began working as an electrical technician at Noks Makine, a subcontractor of Germany-based KRONES Makine, which carries out machine disassembly and assembly activities for beverage companies. He quickly became the team leader there. Today, he continues his career as a site manager at KRONES Makine. For over 12 years, Çınar has been actively involved in electrical infrastructure, automation systems, and panel assembly processes for beverage filling machines, as well as electrical and mechanical work. During this time, he has worked at the PET, glass, and can filling facilities of leading companies in the sector, such as Uludağ Gazoz, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Bursa Su. His work includes expertise in electrical project design, field cabling and field control, sensor, inverter, and servo drive installations, insulation testing, loop impedance measurement, Ethernet and Profibus cable testing, commissioning, and debugging processes. Aware of the critical role of electrical infrastructure in a production line, İsmail Çınar continues his work to establish safe, standard-compliant, and long-lasting systems.
 

ORHAN ALTINTAŞ
Orhan ALTINTAŞ, born in Bursa in 1992, completed his primary education in Gürsu and graduated from the Vocational Open High School between 2008 and 2012. He completed his associate degree education at the Electrical Program of Bursa Uludağ University İnegöl Vocational School between 2012 and 2014, thus embarking on his professional career. Seeking to further his education, he passed the Vertical Transfer Exam in 2017 and enrolled in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Simav Faculty of Technology, Kütahya University, graduating in 2022. After graduation, he established his own company and continues to work in the fields of engineering services, consulting, project management, and contracting.
 
SABRİ BAL
He was born in Bursa in 1997. Bal spent most of his life in the city where he was born and raised, beginning his education in Bursa and completing his primary and secondary schooling there. His interest in technical fields became apparent during his high school years, and the education he received at Has Asansör Technical and Industrial Vocational High School led him to take further steps in the field of electricity and energy. Accordingly, he graduated from the Electrical and Energy Department of Bursa Uludağ University İnegöl Vocational School in 2017. Continuing his professional development without interruption, Bal enrolled in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Bursa Uludağ University through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) in the same year and successfully completed his engineering education in 2023. During his education, he completed internships at various institutions and companies to put his theoretical knowledge into practice. In 2022, he gained field knowledge about high voltage and energy transmission systems through his internship at Turkey Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ); in 2023, he completed his engineering internship at AES Group to gain experience in the private sector. In addition to his academic success, he has also taken an important step in the public sector; he ranked among the top in Turkey in the KPSS and was appointed to the State Airports Authority (DHMİ) in March 2025. He currently continues his duties at DHMİ, contributing to the institution with his engineering knowledge and commitment to public service. His professional interests include energy systems, sustainability, and renewable energy. In 2022, he gained field knowledge about high voltage and energy transmission systems through an internship at Turkey Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ); in 2023, he completed an engineering internship at AES Group to gain experience in the private sector. In addition to his academic success, he took an important step in the public sector; he ranked among the top candidates nationwide in the KPSS exam and was appointed to the State Airports Authority (DHMİ) in March 2025. He currently continues his duties at DHMİ, contributing to the institution with his engineering knowledge and commitment to public service. His professional interests include energy systems, sustainable technology applications, and public infrastructure projects. As an engineer who believes in continuous self-improvement, he follows technical publications and works on current engineering solutions. In the future, he aims to take on roles that require both technical expertise and managerial skills and to make long-term contributions to the country's infrastructure.
 

İLKNUR VURAL
Born in Balıkesir in 1978, İlknur Vural completed her middle and high school education in Balıkesir before enrolling in the Textile Department at İnegöl Vocational School in 1995. As one of the school's first students, she graduated in 1997 and entered the workforce. Starting her professional career as a laboratory technician at a fabric dyeing factory, Vural successfully completed her 25-year career, working in every stage of production. She carried out critical coordination tasks in the company's dyeing department, from yarn production to the formation of finished products. Specializing in home textiles and scarf dyeing, İlknur Vural continued her professional life in various positions throughout her career, including laboratory technician, shift supervisor, planning manager, department head, and department manager.
 
SONGÜL FİLİZ ADIBELLİ
He was born in 1979. After completing his secondary education, he took a three-year break from his studies, but did not give up and returned to graduate from high school in 1999 as valedictorian from the Textile Dyeing and Printing Design Department of Izmit Girls' Vocational High School. Adıbelli then enrolled in the Textile Department at İnegöl Vocational School, graduated successfully, and subsequently completed the Business Administration Department at Anadolu University. Thanks to her passion for her profession and her love for her work, she gained experience in different cities and held various positions at many global companies. Adıbelli, who started her professional life in 2003 at a knitting dyehouse, worked at BASF and Archroma, and currently works as a Fault Analysis Specialist at Pulcra Kimya. Excited to enter the textile industry, Songül Filiz Adıbelli continues her stable career journey in the sector with the knowledge she gained from her teachers and the experience she acquired in her profession. Adıbelli, who resides in Kocaeli, takes pride in being able to practice her profession despite living in an area that is not suitable for the textile sector. She is appreciated for her meticulous and disciplined work in every institution she has worked for. Songül Filiz Adıbelli, who loves to travel, have fun, and discover different cultures and flavors, attributes her career success to the support she received throughout her education, especially from Department Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mürüvvet Mangut and all her instructors who contributed to her success.
 
FATMA NUR KAHRAMANOĞLU
After graduating from Orhan Sevinç Anatolian Health Vocational High School, he enrolled in the First Aid and Emergency Care Program at Bursa Uludağ University İnegöl Vocational School in 2021 and graduated with honors as the top student in his class in 2023. During his education, he developed his theoretical knowledge and gained professional experience through internships at the 112 First Aid and Emergency Stations in Bursa and at Bursa İnegöl State Hospital. These experiences helped him understand the vital importance of making the right decisions and intervening in a timely manner in emergency situations. After graduation, Kahramanoğlu began working in the healthcare field, serving as a nurse at Gaziantep Defa Life Hospital and Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital; she currently continues her duties at Gaziantep Nurdağı State Hospital. She also plays an active role in disasters as an AFAD volunteer, contributing to society in this capacity. She has completed occupational health and safety and fire safety training, contributing to her professional development. Fatma Nur Kahramanoğlu, who stands out for her dedicated work and sense of responsibility, serves as an example to her younger colleagues with her steady journey in the healthcare field.
