Students in the Textile Technology Program at the İnegöl Vocational School participated in a hands-on training program at the İSKO Academy, located within the İSKO Weaving Facilities, with the aim of enhancing their professional knowledge and skills.

The training sessions were conducted by expert instructors employed by İSKO Weaving Facilities. Thanks to the knowledge they gained from industry professionals, the students had the opportunity to gain a closer understanding of weaving production processes and learn about the latest technologies used in the sector.
As part of the training, students had the opportunity to reinforce their theoretical knowledge of weaving technologies through practical application. In the program, held at İSKO Academy’s modern training facilities, students observed production processes firsthand by examining the operating principles of weaving looms directly at the looms. During the training, detailed information was provided on weaving preparation processes, loom settings, production processes, and quality control procedures.

Mr. Sedat Binici, Human Resources Manager at İSKO Weaving Operations, who provided support for the organization and implementation of the program, emphasized the importance of such collaborations in contributing to the students’ professional development. All necessary support was provided to ensure the students derived the maximum benefit from the training process.
