Textile Technology Program Field Trip to Mahmutoğlu Textile Company

Students from the Textile Technology Program at İnegöl Vocational School of Higher Education took a technical field trip to Mahmutoğlu Tekstil, a company operating in İnegöl, to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with real-world industry applications.
During the technical visit, students had the opportunity to examine the company’s knitting and dyeing-finishing departments firsthand. Observing all stages of the production processes, students gained detailed insights into the operating principles of knitting machines, fabric production techniques, dyeing processes, and finishing applications. This allowed them to see firsthand how the theoretical knowledge learned in class is applied in an industrial setting.

Ferhan Albayrak, General Manager of Mahmutoğlu Tekstil, who guided the students throughout the visit, provided comprehensive information on the company’s production capacity, quality control processes, sustainable production philosophy, and current developments in the textile sector. Albayrak sincerely answered the students’ questions and emphasized the importance of a qualified workforce in the textile industry.
Faculty members and students from the Textile Technology Program at İnegöl Vocational School expressed their gratitude to the management of Mahmutoğlu Textile, particularly General Manager Ferhan Albayrak, for the interest and hospitality shown to them.
