The Electrical Energy Production, Transmission, and Distribution Program at Inegöl Vocational School held an informational seminar on “Electrical Health and Safety” for students enrolled in the program and Electrical Program graduates. As part of the event, UEDAŞ İnegöl Operations Manager Serkan Akkaya was invited to the seminar by the Head of the Electrical Energy Production, Transmission, and Distribution Program, Lecturer Dr. Ömer Eriş, and program instructor Lecturer Seval Bulut Eriş.

During the seminar, held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, at the İnegöl Vocational School Seminar Hall, Serkan Akkaya provided participants with comprehensive information on practices aimed at protecting the health and safety of those working with electricity, risks associated with electricity, and necessary precautions. The seminar, which featured the sharing of sectoral experiences, attracted significant interest.

At the end of the seminar, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Serkan Akkaya, UEDAŞ İnegöl Operations Manager, by Prof. Dr. Hikmet Sami Yıldırımhan, Director of İnegöl Vocational School, for his contributions. In addition, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Alper Temur, UEDAŞ Human Resources Business Partner, for his support of the event by Lecturer Dr. Ömer Eriş, Head of the Electricity Production, Transmission, and Distribution Program.
At the end of the event, UEDAŞ distributed gift bags to participants containing various materials that could be used in their student and professional lives.
