The second session of the “Starting Your Career” event, organized in collaboration with İnegöl Vocational School (İMYO) and İnegöl Youth Center, took place on December 19, 2025, at the İMYO Conference Hall.

As part of the event, Human Resources Specialist Ayşegül Özger KIZILTAŞ provided comprehensive career training to students. The training covered the importance of career planning, effective CV preparation methods, and interview techniques in detail. Participants were given examples of points to consider when applying for jobs.

Throughout the training, students had the opportunity to experience the process firsthand through practical examples in addition to theoretical knowledge. At the end of the training, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Ayşegül Özger KIZILTAŞ.
