A “YKS Motivation Seminar” Was Held at Naire Çikayeva Anatolian High School

The “YKS Morale and Motivation” seminar, organized by the İnegöl Vocational School of Bursa Uludağ University as part of the “Community Awareness and Social Responsibility Project,” was held with strong participation from students at Naire Çikayeva Anatolian High School.

The seminar was led by Tolga Bahadır Şimşek, an instructor at the İnegöl Vocational School. Şimşek noted that the stress and anxiety students experience during the YKS process are natural, emphasizing that when managed properly, this process is a crucial step toward success. He stated that success is not achieved solely through academic knowledge but also through structured study, discipline, and strong motivation.

The program featured valuable insights on effective study methods, time management, goal-setting, and techniques for maintaining focus during exams. Şimşek also answered students’ questions, highlighting the importance of self-awareness for sustaining motivation.

The seminar was organized by Emirhan Doğan, Batuhan Erbay, and Mahmut Nurullah Gökyer, students of the International Trade Program at Bursa Uludağ University’s İnegöl Vocational School. The event, in which the students played an active role, was regarded as a successful example of the collaboration established between the university and the high school.

It was noted that the seminar, which was followed with great interest by both school administration and students, provided significant contributions to young people preparing for the YKS, and it was stated that similar social responsibility projects would continue.
