In determining the academic staff in line with the mission, vision and strategic goals of the nursing department, while the relevant regulations require the relevant conditions of the YÖK Academic Staff Promotion and Appointment Regulation and Bursa Uludağ University Academic Staff Promotion and Appointment Criteria Directive, the "accounting staff policy" is based on the following criteria;

Academic staff's nursing undergraduate diploma, teaching and learning skills, self-development capacity, performance, job description, ability to work in a team and contributions to society are taken into consideration.

In determining the staff requirements for departments in the nursing department, the number of faculty members in the department, the undergraduate/graduate course loads carried out by the faculty members, the number of student academic advisors, and the number of students per faculty member are taken into consideration.

Having experience in the field of education and training in the field of nursing is taken into consideration.

The strategic planning of the university is taken into account in the appointment/planning of academic staff.
