For the Turkish students;
     1) It is necessary to have both Bachelor's and Master's (with thesis) degree diplomas for the Doctorate and Bachelor's diploma required for Integrated Doctorate. 
     2) Candidates who have completed their bachelor's and master's degree program in foreign countries must bring the equivalency certificate from the YÖK.
     3) Bachelor's and Master's degree diplomas are required together in certain sections specified in special conditions.
     4) At least 55 (ALES Numerical) scores are required for doctoral candidates and at least 80 (ALES Numerical) scores are required for integrated 
doctoral programs. The results of ALES exam are valid for 5 years from the date of announcement.
     5) At least 55 (YDS, ÜDS, KPDS, TOEFL or other exam accepted by YÖK) scores are required for doctoral candidates. 
     6) For doctoral applicants, a 2.25 grade average score in the 4th system (59.16 in the 100th system) is required. 3.00 GANO condition is required 
for integrated doctoral programs.

Assessment Weights: ALES Score: 50%, Graduation Average: 20%, Interview Score: 30%, and the General Achievement Grade is calculated. 
General Achievement Grade must be at least 70 points.

For the Foreign students;

       1) It is necessary to have both Bachelor's and Master's (with thesis) degree diplomas for the Doctorate and Bachelor's diploma required for Integrated Doctorate. 
       2) Bachelor's and Master's degree diplomas are required together in certain sections specified in special conditions.
       3) ALES score condition is not required.
       4) At least 55 (YDS, ÜDS, KPDS, TOEFL or other exams accepted by ÖSYM) scores are required for doctoral candidates. Foreign language 
candidates must be outside of their native language.
       5) Foreign candidates that they were successful in the Turkish exam (Yunus Emre Institute or TÖMER) need to bring documents in the C1 level 
of the Turkish Learning Centers (Except those graduated from Turkey). Candidates who are not certified will be granted a maximum of one year to 
learn Turkish. At the end of this period, the student who can not succeed is dismissed from the institute.
