I would like to state that we are a faculty driven by the belief that "If we want to improve the quality of education, we need to improve the quality of our teachers", aiming to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that may be necessary throughout your teaching profession. In this regard, our main aim is to train teachers and scientists who have enhanced scientific and technological literacy, can keep pace with technological changes, maintain a balance between theory and practice, possess scientific and critical thinking skills, feel the excitement of the teaching profession in their souls and have a developed sense of self-confidence. We believe that the teacher of our time is a researcher, entrepreneur, scientifically and technologically literate.
We, as academics working within the faculty, operate with an educational philosophy aimed at instilling these qualities and thus equipping individuals with 21st-century skills. We sincerely want you, esteemed teacher candidates and practicing teachers, to believe wholeheartedly that the Faculty of Education is putting in significant efforts to ensure that you become teachers who can internalize new topics and concepts from programs, follow research in your field, and effectively apply them in practice.
