1. ZIDEK ACCREDITATION COMMITTEE
“Department of Field Crops ZİDEK Accreditation Commission” has been established to supervise and carry out the accreditation activities of the Field Crops program. This commission consists of faculty members and assistants of the department.

1.1.Self Evaluation Report Preparation Commission
The task of this committee is to direct the work of other committees in line with the expectations of ZİDEK, coordinate the preparation of the self-evaluation report, organize the ZİDEK department visit, and coordinate the preparation of the materials to be presented to the Evaluation Team. 1.2.Measurement and Evaluation Commission
Determines the necessary procedure to evaluate the objectives and outcomes of the program, determines the principles of preparing course files, prepares the course file evaluation report, determines the principles of preparing course surveys, evaluates the results of the course surveys, and presents the results to the faculty members and the department academic board.

1.3. Internal and External Stakeholder Relations Commission
It organizes and conducts surveys of students, alumni and employers, evaluates the surveys, organizes meetings on this subject, and evaluates the feedback and suggestions received.

1.4.Education and Training Commission
It reports the decisions taken in the Education and Training Commission to the Head of the Department, plans and monitors the activities necessary to realize and optimize the educational goals and outcomes of the department, periodically reviews the course contents and makes suggestions for the elimination of deficiencies, works on the establishment of mechanisms that will ensure the objective and homogeneous implementation of the measurement and evaluation system in the departments, and ensures that the department's education and training program is update

1.5. Internship Commission
The internship commission examines the two-semester internship that the students of the department must do in accordance with the directive containing the general internship principles. It checks the suitability of the places where students can do internship. For this purpose, the internship commission organized an informative meeting for the final year students of the Field Crops program on 22.03.2024 (Evidence 1.5.1). Monitors and evaluates students' internship activities. Provides opinions to the Department Academic Board on issues related to student internships.

1.6. Engineering Design Course Commission
This commission is responsible for the organization of the Design in Engineering course projects of the students of the Field Crops Program. Determining, distributing and organizing the design topics, announcing, distributing, ensuring the coordination between students and their advisors are among the duties of this commission. The commission is to inform the students about the selection of design topics and to ensure that the design topics are taken from the advisors.

1.7. Continuous Improvement Commission
The task of this commission is to develop and implement methods such as examinations, surveys and similar methods within the scope of measurement, evaluation and self-evaluation of departmental activities, to examine the relevant issues on the agenda of the Academic Department Board in terms of compliance with measurement and evaluation techniques and to express opinions to the Department Board within the logic of continuous improvement.

2. GRADUATION COMMITTEE
The Graduation Commission examines the cases of students who have successfully completed the education period and are eligible for graduation and makes graduation decisions. The transcripts of the students who are entitled to graduate are examined by the commission and the graduation of the students who have successfully completed the education plan is decided.

5.TRANSFER APPLICATION EVALUATION/DEPARTMENT EXEMPTION AND ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES COMMITTEE
The Adjustment Commission regulates the class adjustments and course exemptions of students who transfer to Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Field Crops or who want to count the courses they have passed in any higher education institution they have previously attended in place of their equivalents after enrollment. In this regard, the commission applies the principles regarding the class adjustments and course exemptions of Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Agriculture students.

10. MEVLANA, ERASMUS, FARABI COMMITTEE
