Paper Submission Guidelines

Guidelines for Preparing Abstracts
Researchers wishing to participate in the workshop are required to send their abstracts in Turkish and English, consisting of 250-300 words excluding the keywords section (which should be 3-5 words), via email in PDF format to ulutudamcalistay@uludag.edu.tr.
Each participant can only submit one paper for the symposium. Abstracts should be prepared in the Constantia font, 12-point size, with a 0 cm. indentation on both the left and right sides, 0 pt. before and after, and 1.25 line spacing. The abstract should include the title of the paper, the importance of the topic, the methodology of the study, its contribution to the field and literature, the possible outcomes of the research, the author's information, and the author's institutional affiliation.

Guidelines for Full Paper Submission
I. Title: The title of the paper should be selected in such a way as to best reflect the essence, context, and framework of the study, and it should be attention-grabbing and clear. The title should be centered on the page in bold and uppercase letters in Constantia font, 10.5-point size.

The abstract paragraph(s) should be justified on both sides.
The "Keywords" title should also be written in bold and italics with the first letter of each word capitalized, in Constantia 8.5-point font. Cited works can be categorized in the reference list. In this case, website sources should be listed under "Electronic Sources."
The author's surname should be written first, followed by their first name, with a comma between them. If a source has multiple authors, the full names of all the authors should be listed. In works with multiple authors, the surname of the first author should come first, followed by their first name, and for subsequent authors, their first name should come first, followed by their surname. If the same author has multiple works cited, the works should be listed chronologically, from the oldest to the most recent. If the same author has multiple works published in the same year, they should be listed alphabetically by the title of the work.
After the citation of the first work by the same author, instead of repeating the author's full name, a long dash or an underscore can be used for subsequent works. When citing books, manuscripts, and theses, page numbers are not required in the bibliographic details. However, when citing articles, papers, encyclopedia entries, or book chapters, the page range [pp.] should always be included.
