Our faculty, with its experienced academic members and staff in the field, provides service to the western part of Turkey, especially to the Marmara and Aegean Regions, in this hospital with such physical and technical facilities. The services we provide are not limited to animal health, while Veterinarians deal with animal health, they provide service to environmental health and public health and work in an integrated manner in terms of Food Safety from Farm to Table. In addition to health service areas, the Animal Health Research and Application Center also includes educational facilities such as 2 large classrooms, 3 classrooms for elective courses, a meeting room, a recreation room for students, and shower areas. This center has become an important research center in addition to student education and patient service. While some of the research conducted is directly related to animal health, we believe that some of the research has made significant contributions to human health through experimental studies conducted by the Faculty of Medicine Clinical Branches. Another goal of this center is to be Turkey's Continuous Education Center in the field of Veterinary Medicine. As an indication of this, the congresses and symposiums with international participation we organize and the trainings given to veterinarians by world-renowned people reach their goal.
