Attention to Students Who Will Perform Summer Internships

The date range for Internship I for 4th semester students and Internship II for 6th semester students of the 2024-2025 Academic Year is July 14, 2025 - September 26, 2025.
Completed documents must be filled out below and hand-delivered to the Faculty Internship Office between May 20 - 30, 2025.

Students wishing to apply through the Kariyer Kapısı - Presidential Human Resources Office must follow the procedures at cbiko.gov.tr.

Students planning to intern at specific institutions or organizations can access the required internship forms through the provided links or obtain them from Mr. Hasan Yılmaz at the Classroom Block / Book Sales Unit.

Required Documents:

  1. Applied Training Application Form (for both Internship I and II): Three copies must be submitted with an SGK Eligibility Certificate from e-Government (only one copy of the certificate is sufficient).
  2. Applied Training Agreement (for both Internship I and II): Three copies must be submitted.
  3. Cover Page for the Applied Training File.
  4. Attendance Record Form (for Internship II).
  5. Employer’s Student Evaluation Form (for Internship II).
  6. Student’s Applied Training Evaluation Form (for Internship II).
  7. Applied Training Fees Unemployment Fund Contribution Information Form (for Internship II).
  8. Applied Training Completion Form.

Submission Instructions:

  • All forms and agreements must be printed and include a passport-sized photo. They must be signed and stamped by the relevant authorities.
  • Submit the completed forms, along with the SGK Eligibility Certificate from e-Government, to the Department Internship Commission.
  • Before starting the internship, submit the approved forms to the internship company.

During the Internship:

  • Provide the Attendance Record Form and Employer’s Student Evaluation Form to the company at the start of the internship.
  • The Attendance Record Form must be filled out daily, and the Employer’s Evaluation Form must be completed by the internship supervisor at the end of the internship. These should be mailed to the Student Affairs Internship Office or the Department Internship Commission.
  • If these documents are handed to the student for submission, they must be in a sealed envelope.
  • Submit the Student’s Applied Training Evaluation Form to the Department Internship Commission either in person or by mail at the end of the internship.
