Attention of Graduates!
2024-2025 FALL SEMESTER OF EDUCATION-TEACHING YEAR TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR STUDENTS WHO ARE GRADUATED
Our students who have successfully passed all the courses required to graduate from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and have completed 300 ECTS course load to start their graduation process;
- The library must close its debts. Graduation petitions of students who are not disconnected from the library will not be processed.
- “ under the Forms/Files tab, which is on the Faculty homepage to start graduation proceduresGraduation Application FormBy taking the output of ”, you should fill in the required fields and scan the signed form no later than 31 January 2025 at 17:00’ until vetogis@uludag.edu.tr he should send mail to his address. In Mail, “Graduation Application” should be written to the subject part. Students should send mail to the related documents they will receive from the library along with their graduation petitions or they should drop the note that the library relationship has been cut off on their petitions.
- The Associated Cutting Form’ also needs to be signed to the necessary units and delivered to the student works until the graduation ceremony.
TO THE ATTENTION OF STUDENTS: Only for graduation applications applications to Vetogis@uludag.edu.tr will be considered. Applications to other e-mail accounts will not be taken into consideration and no application will be accepted.
