At the 2026 Turkey İhsan Yener Internet Computer Keyboard Championship, we made our mark by securing 5th, 9th, and 10th place in the Experienced category, and 7th place in the Youth category...

In accordance with the regulations of INTERSTENO, the International Federation of Information Processing and Communication—a professional organization affiliated with the United Nations—the “2026 Turkey İhsan Yener Internet Computer Keyboard Championship” was held as part of the global championships was organized by the Turkey Intersteno-Turkey National Group (FEPARDER) between February 16, 2026, and April 3, 2026. A total of 509 competitors from 67 schools across 26 cities and Nicosia participated in this year’s 23rd edition of the championship. The competitions, held in two categories—native language and multilingual (18 languages) —and four age groups (0–12 years, 13–16 years, 17–20 years, 21–99 years), concluded on April 4, 2026.

Our Vocational School’s competitors performed successfully in the championship, achieving the distinction of having 4 participants rank among the top 10 in Turkey. 

Our Vocational School participated in the 2026 Turkey İhsan Yener Internet Computer Keyboard Championship with 1 faculty member, 1 graduate, and 5 students from the Medical Documentation and Secretarial Studies program. The competition for the Vocational School participants was completed on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, between 11:45 AM and 12:15 PM.

Our participants from the Medical Documentation and Secretarial Skills program at our Vocational School competed in two separate age categories—the 17–20 age group (2 participants) and the 21–99 age group (5 participants)—in a 10-minute typing speed test conducted in Turkish. The scores and rankings of our participants are as follows:
