Seminars on Radiographic Anatomy of the Upper and Lower Extremities

Training in radiographic anatomy and the certificates of participation issued after these sessions contribute to linking radiologic technologists’ fundamental anatomical knowledge with imaging practice. Such certificates have institutional and academic value, supporting professional development and promoting a continuous education approach.

For this reason, the Medical Imaging Techniques Program at BUÜ SHMYO will hold seminars on May 5, 2026, May 12, 2026, June 2, 2026, and June 9, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:25 PM. Each session will systematically address the radiographic anatomy of the upper and lower extremities; the goal is to enhance participants’ radiographic anatomy interpretation skills through visual materials and case-based examples.

Participation is limited to 150 people, and pre-registration is required. The program is open to vocational school students, as well as other students and practicing radiology technologists receiving training in medical imaging. This scientific event will take place in Auditorium No. 4 on the ground floor of the BUÜ Central Lecture Hall Building (next to the SHMYO building).
