Due to improvements to be made under the 3501 Career Development Programme administered by the Presidency of Research Support Programmes at TÜBİTAK, applications will no longer be accepted using the current forms as of 11/05/2025.

Improvements are being made to the 3501 Career Development Programme administered by the Presidency of Research Support Programmes. Accordingly, online applications for project proposals submitted using the current application forms must be completed via the ARDEB Project Application System (PBS) by 23:59 on 11/05/2025. The electronic signature processes for project applications approved by 11/05/2025 at 23:59 can be completed after this date. It will not be possible to apply using the current forms after 12/05/2025. 

Information regarding the new process and application forms for the 3501 Career Development Programme will be announced after 12/05/2025.
