Forms Used in Teaching Practice

The Quality Coordinator has completed the document change process requested for the forms used in the Teaching program in your departments. You can access the current documents via the search section under the Automations >> Document/KİKSİS link (https://kalite.uludag.edu.tr/kiksis/dokuman_main.php) on the Quality website and/or via the link for the relevant document type (form, instructions, etc.).
