The required documents, application process, and evaluation calendar for students transferring to our university under the "Transfer via Central Placement Exam Score (Additional Article-1)" of the "Regulation on Amendment to the Regulation on Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, Minor, and Credit Transfer Between Institutions in Higher Education Institutions" are outlined below.
Applications must be submitted ONLINE via the specified portal. Applications with missing documents or declarations that do not match official records will not be evaluated.

B. STUDENTS SEEKING TO RETURN TO BUU UNDER ADDITIONAL ARTICLE-1
Students are permitted to transfer under the "Transfer via Central Placement Exam Score (Additional Article-1)" only once. However, students who have previously transferred under this article may return to the higher education institution where they were originally registered without being subject to the announced quotas.
Students in this category must submit their return applications in person to the student affairs office of their respective academic unit (Faculty/Vocational School).
Disciplinary penalties received at the institution transferred to under Additional Article-1 will not be taken into account for return applications.
All other documents required for the application are identical to those specified in Section A.

IMPORTANT EXPLANATIONS:
Applicants Who Were Placed in 2010 or Earlier: Candidates who sat the placement exams in 2010 or earlier must send their official ÖSYM placement documents to the relevant academic unit via email.
DGS (Vertical Transfer) Placed Students: Students who enrolled in their current program via the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) cannot complete their transfer applications online. They must apply in person directly to the respective Faculty.
Verification of Prior Transfer Rights: If it is discovered during the final registration stage or during the official file transfer request from previous institutions that a student has previously used their right to transfer under Additional Article-1, their registration will be canceled immediately and they will be dismissed from our University, even if the registration process has already been completed
