Students who wish to apply for the Supplementary Examinations (Article 31) are required to complete the application form available at the link below and either:

• submit it in person to the Department by the end of business hours on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, or
• send it by email to insaat@uludag.edu.tr and acaglayan@uludag.edu.tr by the end of business hours on Wednesday, 15 July 2026.

Students submitting the form by email must print the application form, complete it clearly and legibly, sign it, scan it, and send the scanned copy by email.

The subject line of the email must be:

"Supplementary Examination (Article 31) Application – Student's Full Name"
