Within the scope of the Orhun Exchange Program, carried out by the Organization of Turkic States, Turkic Universities Union (TURKUNIB), Ozodaxon Karimova, a faculty member from the World Languages Department of Kokand University, Uzbekistan, completed a two-week academic mobility in our department between October 6-17, 2025.

In order to bring our students together with the visiting faculty member, presentation and observation programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels were prepared by our Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Zübeyde Sinem Genç, and our department's Orhun Exchange Program coordinator, Lecturer Dr. Ayşegül Zıngır Gülten. During her visit, the visiting faculty member Ozodaxon Karimova made academic contributions to our students in the fields of linguistics and lexicology and participated in class observations. The exchange program created a productive environment for interaction in our department and offered the participating academician the opportunity to experience a different academic setting.
