One of our project assistants, Seçil Durmaz, has successfully defended her dissertation titled “Optimal Preventive and Curative Health Expenditures that Maximize Economic Growth for OECD Countries,” conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hülya Akay, and has been awarded the title of Doctor (PhD).
