Prepared with the support of Bursa Uludağ University, with the contribution of the Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of the same university and academics from different universities, ‘Kaygı. Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Arts and Sciences Journal of Philosophy’ (in short, “Kaygı”) is an international “refereed” journal published twice a year. The aim of the journal is to assimilate the historical accumulation in the field of philosophy, to use the insight gained through this assimilation to rethink the actual issues in the field, and thus to create an academic platform by creating a discussion environment that flows towards the future.
Kaygı is a journal that supports interdisciplinary co-operation and in this context, includes not only contemporary philosophy, history of philosophy, ethics, epistemology, ontology, philosophy of language, philosophy of science and related fields, but also cultural studies, aesthetics, cognitive sciences, and in the most encompassing context, social / human sciences, aims to create a common ground of discussion for all these studies, and is open to different philosophical / scientific views, currents, schools, styles.
