BUU welcomes staff members as a part of the Erasmus program. You can come for under Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments (STA) or Staff Mobility for Training (STT). STA requires a valid inter-institutional agreement (IIA). If you are not sure whether your institution has a valid IIA with BUU, you can consult your home Erasmus Office. There is no IIA requirement for STT mobilities. The application procedure is as follows:

1. Go to https://ukey.uludag.edu.tr/erasmus/Incoming and log in or create an account.

2. Select the mobility program (STA or STT) you want to apply.

3. Fill out all the required fields.

4. In the attachment section, please upload your signed STA or STT mobility agreement (depending on the mobility type you apply for).

Letters of Invitation: Your documents are processed as soon as we receive your application and the letters of invitation are sent to your e-mail addresses that you provide in your application.
