The events organized within the scope of the Graduate Seminar Series for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year, conducted by our Institute, are ongoing.
In this context, the seminar titled “Mediation in Longitudinal Data: An Application with Latent Growth Mediation Model” was held on April 09, 2026, at the Faculty of Education, Block B, Ground Floor, Uğur Mumcu Hall. The seminar was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eyüp Yurt, a faculty member of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Bursa Uludağ University, Faculty of Education.
During the seminar, the theoretical foundations for examining mediation relationships within the framework of longitudinal data analysis were addressed. How change processes over time can be analyzed through the latent growth mediation model was explained using practical application examples. Furthermore, contemporary approaches to evaluating mediation effects within the scope of structural equation modeling were shared with the participants.
Throughout the seminar, participants had the opportunity to direct their questions regarding the analysis processes and to exchange views on various research designs.
