Within the framework of the decision taken at the session of our University Senate dated October 15, 2025 and numbered 2025-27;
Summer Education will not be opened at our University in the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
Students of our University who want to benefit from Summer Education at other Universities should read
all the explanations in the announcement of the Registrar's Office.
The universities and courses listed as "Appropriate" have been checked in terms of content and credits and their suitability has been determined. In order to take the course, the student must definitely register for the course, taking into account all the rules specified in the *Summer Education Application Principles* by our University Senate.
The grades of students who choose courses outside the Application Principles Rules will not be processed by automation. Evaluation and responsibility in this process belongs to the student.
The equivalence form sent by the students last is valid.
Summer school eligibility lists will be updated regularly.
Students who want to take courses from the Lower or Upper term must have selected the correct term for the year they entered the university in the Bologna information package. Courses taken based on the wrong curriculum selection may result in courses not being counted.
Students who have an ECTS deficiency due to being in elective course groups or courses they could not take can complete this deficiency by taking another elective course in their own curriculum.
When sending documents, the curriculum year shown in the student automation must be checked, and information such as the codes of the relevant courses and the credits and T/U/L of the courses must be entered correctly in the document. The same procedure should be done for courses at another university. Loss of time due to incorrect document submission may result in students missing the registration process. In addition, the course written on the equivalence certificate must be the same as the course registered in summer school.
