We congratulate Prof. Dr. Şehnaz Baltacı and the project team on their project titled "Problem-Posing with AI through Children's Picture Books about EU Values" (PACE), supported by the European Commission as part of the Jean Monnet Module. The PACE project aims to integrate European Union values ​​into teacher education using children's books. The project emphasizes AI-supported problem-posing techniques, critical thinking skills, and environmental sustainability themes. In this respect, the project aims to provide prospective teachers with an interdisciplinary perspective and provide them with the opportunity to develop innovative teaching materials compatible with the digital transformation process. The "EU Values ​​and Problem-Posing through Children's Books" course, offered as part of the project, will be available to prospective teachers for the first time in the 2025-2026 Spring semester. It will contribute to the dissemination of EU values ​​through a values-based, interactive, and multi-stakeholder teaching approach.
