A cooperation protocol was signed between FEV Turkey Automotive and Energy Research and Engineering Inc. and Bursa Uludağ University.

The signing ceremony was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İrfan KIRIŞTIOĞLU, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Adem AKPINAR, Coordinator of the Rectorate Project Development and Coordination Office Prof. Dr. Ferda ARI, and Head of the Department of Automotive Engineering Prof. Dr. Gökhan SEVİLGEN.

Following the ceremony held in Rectorate Hall B, the participants visited the Bursa Uludağ University Battery Technologies Research and Development Platform (BATEG) located in the Arif AĞAOĞLU Advanced Technology and Engineering Laboratory Building, where the infrastructure and technical capabilities were introduced.

Later, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Adem AKPINAR hosted FEV senior executives at the Dean’s Office, where discussions were held on potential collaboration areas and European Union projects.

Within the scope of the protocol, it is planned to create internship, part-time, and full-time employment opportunities for students of Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Engineering; to strengthen the collaboration between student clubs and FEV; to support master’s and doctoral thesis studies; and to develop joint R&D and innovation projects.
